Food choices should not rule your life.

Eating isn’t a set of rules that you have to live by.
I help women over 40 establish a way of eating that works for them and that they can sustain forever.  This journey allows you to live with confidence, freeing yourself from food anxiety.

Here is what I know about Weight Loss

I believe, that when one adopts somewhat challenging, yet sustainable actions, a couple at a time, you can reach success that lasts forever.  Taking this approach, centred in self-compassion and being non-judgmental allows you to progress over time. Perfection is never the goal.

I also believe that your knowledge and mindset together are the key drivers to any change, including weight release.  Even if you think you’ve tried it all, I invite you to explore mindful and intuitive eating strategies with me to help you reach your goal.

I stand for women not struggling with their food choices and weight anymore.  My driving force is to disrupt the dieting industry and do away with quick fixes that promise weight loss.

Here is why I know it

Registered Dietitian (practicing in the Canadian provinces of BC, Ontario, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia).

Bachelor of Science (BSC) degree in Applied Human Nutrition from Toronto Metropolitan University.

Master Coach in Neuro-linguistic programming.

Over 30 years of working on-one-on with clients.

Believe me, I Get It

As a dietitian for over three decades, I liked to believe my nutrition knowledge was enough, but when peri-menopause hit I was blind-sided. I became accidently overweight. When I released limiting beliefs and thought patterns that stood in my way and released weight, I promised myself I would focus on helping other women do that same.

Once I changed the way I talked to myself, thought about myself and cared for myself the journey began.

What if you could live your life now, on your terms, believing you can reach the future self version of you - living into it every day, being open to the possibility?
